Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Approved domestic returns are subject to a $29 return shipping fee and, when applicable, a restocking adjustment. International return shipping costs vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For orders placed using promotional offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free or bundle discounts), if part of the order is returned, the promotion will be recalculated based on the items kept, and any promotional value that no longer applies may be deducted from the refund as part of the restocking adjustment.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved and your return label has been issued, your return package must be shipped within 7 days. Returns shipped after this 7-day period will be automatically canceled and are no longer eligible for a refund. If the return window expires, the return label will be voided.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We offer complimentary shipping on all exchanges—there is no additional charge to exchange an item.

To request an exchange, simply email us with your replacement product and size. We’ll send a prepaid shipping label for you and prepare the replacement item for you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

International

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
